Intermediate and Skills Development Tying Class
|Class:||Early Season Panfish Flies|
|Date/Time:||April 7, 2018, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm|
Synopsis of Class
Here in the Midwest Bluegill are king when it comes to heading out casting a fly for a few hours in the evening. Almost all the waters here in central Indiana have Bluegill (and Redear, Pumpkinseed, Rock Bass, etc...) in them. Fortunately, these are very aggressive fish and take a fly eagerly. Plus, the patterns for catching Bluegill are simple and easy to tie.
In this class we will be tying six proven patterns for Bluegill and all of it's relatives. These are flies that have been around for years and have brought many Bluegill to the net. They are all easy to tie and in no time you can have a box full of different color and size flies for any situation. Plus you will have many hours of fun tying them.
All tying material will be provided. You will need to bring the following tying equipment.
- A vise
- A bobbin
