Class: Late Season Panfish Flies
Date/Time: November 11, 2017, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Maximum Size: 10
Instructor: Ian Anderson
Cost: $20.00

Synopsis of Class

Just because the waters are cooling and the days are getting shorter don't think your fishing season is totally over. There are still plenty of hungry panfish to be caught before the season is final. The trick to catching Bluegill, Redear, Rockbass and Pumpkinseed panfish later in the year is to slow things down and bring the flies to them.

In this class we will be tying three great panfish flies that are perfect for this time of year. Very easy patterns to tie that come alive in the water with very little or no movement at all.

All tying material will be provided. You will need to bring the following tying equipment.

  • A vise
  • A bobbin
  • Tying Thread for this class,
    - 70 Denier Wapsi UTC Ultra Thread, Black
    - 70 Denier Wapsi UTC Ultra Thread, Orange
