These Orvis Encounter Wading Boots are designed from the ground up to fit women. They are not men's boots with the size restated for use by women.
These Orvis Encounter Wading boots are built using welted construction with a scratch-resistant toe cap, a fully lined interior and a durable felt sole. They are the entry level wading shoe from Orvis, but the only thing entry level about these boots is the price.
These are made with synthetic uppers that are fast drying. There is a padded collar on the ankle.
